Born Vienna 1920. Presently living in Sydney, Twice winner of the Archibald Prize. Equally well known for her exotic colours in her abstract paintings. Commissioned by the Orient Line to paint H.R.H. The Princess Alexandra for S. S. 'Oriana.' Represented State Galleries, Sydney and Perth. (The only other woman to win Archibald Prize was Nora Heysen.)
