About Robert M. Barnes
Born in Brisbane in 1947, Robert Barnes studied architecture and painting in Scotland. He returned to Australia in 1973 and taught art in Queensland. He held his first solo show in Brisbane in 1977, later exhibiting in New South Wales and in London.
