Gallery Details

Doggett Street Studio represents a small group of early to mid career artists and also provides rental gallery facilities for artists, curators, interstate galleries, touring bodies and institutions.  We aim to provide a highly professional and dependable service based on the experience of hosting more than 450 exhibitions since opening in 1993. Doggett Street Studio houses four exhibition spaces with a total exhibition area of approximately 200 square meters and over 100 linear meters of hanging space making the gallery is one of the largest and most active exhibition venues in Brisbane.   The option of staging up to four separate exhibitions at one time provides exhibitors with the unique opportunity to access a wider audience, while providing the gallery visitor with access to a greater variety of work.  Additionally all exhibitions are published online. Doggett Street Studio is located 2km from Brisbane’s CBD in what is now acknowledged as Brisbane’s gallery precinct. Gallery Directors Allyson Reynolds and Scott Whitaker Gallery Hours Tuesday to Saturday,  11 am until 4 pm. Closed Sundays, Mondays and Public Holidays
