Microsoft Internet Explorer - Problems logging on to our site

Description: You are able to log into the site with your username and password, but when you try to search for an artist, you recieve a message: "You are unable to load this page. Access is restricted to subscribers to the Australian Art Sales Digest"

Solution: To be able to use this site, you must have your browser set to accept 'cookies'. By default your browser is set to accept cookies, but you, or another user may have changed these settings. Cookies are small pieces of information that your browser stores on your computer's hard drive. This site uses cookies to verify that you are a valid subscriber to the site. The cookies we use remain on your computer only while you are logged in.

To reinstate your browser to acceot 'cookies':
1. On the top menu bar of your browser, click on Tools and then Internet Options.., and on the tabbed Internet Options from click on the Privacy tab.

2. Click the Advanced button, and then check the box next to Override automatic cookie handling

3. Under the heading First-party Cookies check the box next to Accept. Under the heading Third-party Cookies check the box next to Accept.

4. Click the OK button, and then then click the OK button to close the Internet Options screen.

Your browser should now accept 'cookies', and you should be able to use all areas of the site.
