About Ingrid Erns
Born in the USSR in 1919, Ingrida Erns is a traditional painter in oil, and arrived in Australia in 1948. She was a Fellow of the Adelaide Royal Art Society, and she exhibited in Adelaide in the late 1960s and 1970s. She also participated in exhibitions by the Adelaide Royal Art Society, the Contemporary Art Society and the Latvian Community. She died 1987 in Evandale, South Australia.
