Dates and Countries

The artist's dates of birth and death where known are shown, followed by the names of one or more countries if known. The country names generally indicate nationality, but may also indicate countries in which the artist worked or resided. Artists who have not lived or worked in Australia or New Zealand are not included, as sales in Australia and New Zealand are sporadic, and the sales are not necessarily a representation of the market for the artists works.
