Born in Britain in 1945, Suzanne Archer studied at the Sutton School of Art before coming to Australia in 1964. her work is diverse spanning painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, artists’ books and installation.

The total number of works by Suzanne Archer offered for sale by auction since 1975 is 25, of which 13 (52%) were sold. The highest price recorded for the artist is $3,080 for Zimbabwe (Africa Series) 1985 sold by Sotheby's in June 1992.
