Born in Kempsey, NSW in 1951, teacher, painter and gallery director Dennis Baker studied at the College of Advanced Education, Armidale and overseas.

We have records of art auction sales by Dennis Baker from 1998 and in total 125 works by the artist have been offered for sale, of which 67 (54%) were sold.
