Cartoonist and artist working in oils and watercolour, Frank Jessup was born in Camden, NSW in 1884. He was a freelance contributor to the Bulletin, Smith's Weekly and The Comic Australian. He was a member of the St George Art Society, the Royal Art Society and the Sydney Art Society.
