Born in Melbourne in 1941, Judy Talacko studied art at RMIT from where she received a Diploma of Art. She is known for her flower paintings landscapes, seascapes and portraiture and works in both oil and watercolour, she has exhibited her work in Australia since 1964, in England and in Sweden from 1976 to 1979. Talacko is a member of several art societies in Melbourne.
