Born in the USA in 1916, Graham Hinton Moore arrived in Australia in 1920, later studying at the National Gallery School, Melbourne, and at Swinburne Technical College. The winner of several awards, he exhibited with the Royal Society of British Painters and the Royal Society of Portrait Painters in London.
