About Dale Marsh
Born in Brisbane, Queensland in 1940, Marsh studied in at the Queensland Gallery School, Brisbane Technical Central Technical College and RMIT before moving to Melbourne in 1964. His first exhibition was in Melbourne in 1972.Mainly an oil painter, he attempts to portray in his landscapes the character and environment of Australia and its people. He has had numerous successful one-man exhibitions in Melbourne and Sydney and has won major awards for his work.
