Born in New South Wales in 1948 and living in the Blue Mountains area of that state, Warwick Fuller is a 'plein air' painter with a career spanning over 40 years. He studied under Kevin Oxley. A member of the Royal Art Society of NSW, he has exhibited widely throughout the state and has won several provincial prizes. He has been the official artist for two Royal Tours, travelling and painting with Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall, and has works held in the collection of the Royal Family.
