Born in England in 1950, Pamela Wolfe arrived in New Zealand in 1953. A landscape and still life painter, she studied at Elam School of Fine Art in Auckland from 1968 to 1971 and graduated with a Diploma of Fine Arts. She lived in Christchurch for five years, and had her first solo exhibition there in 1976. She has continued to exhibit regularly over the last 40 years in both in solo and group shows in Auckland after returning there in 1977.
