Born in Florida, USA in 1924, Lillian Bosch studied extensively in USA and Europe from 1943 to 1965. A painter, printmaker and craftswoman, she exhibited her work in USA and UK from 1955, and in east coast Australian cities from 1970. The Queensland Art Gallery purchased her tapestry 'Sunscape' in 1973.
