Born in the Northern Territory in 1926, Uta Uta Tjangala is an Australian Aboriginal artist from the Papunya district. He has exhibited his paintings - acrylic on canvas - extensively since 1975, and his work is represented in the Art Gallery of South Australia and in public collections.

We have records of art auction sales by Uta Uta Tjangala from 1986 and in total 129 works by the artist have been offered for sale, of which 89 (69%) were sold. The highest price recorded for the artist is $207,400 for Women's Dreaming sold by Deutscher and Hackett in December 2015.
