Born in Western Australia in 1947, Trevor Woodward is a painter and printmaker. After serving in the Vietnam War, he moved to the USA where he completed a Fine Arts degree at Case Weston University in Cleveland Ohio, and a Masters degree at the University of Michigan. He returned to western Australia and has exhibited widely since 1972 in the USA and Perth. Woodward won the Jackson and Rowney awards in 1971 and University of Western Australia Prize in 1972.
