Born in Melbourne in 1932, Ronald Greenaway studied extensively in Melbourne. An author and painter, he first exhibited his work in a solo exhibition in 1953. A member of the Contemporary Art Society, he was president from 1963 to 1965. Greenaway is the author of The Paintings of Anne Graham 1969. His work is represented in the National Gallery of Victoria and regional galleries.
