Born in New South Wales, Colleen Parker is the wife of artist Colin Parker. She studied at the Royal Art Society of NSW and under Kevin Oxley. Colleen Parker is principally an Australian school landscape artist painting in oils, and has exhibited widely in the Sydney area since her first exhibition in 1967. She has been an exhibiting Member of the Royal Art Society since 1979, becoming a Fellow in 1986.
