About John Anthony Fischer
Born in 1943, John Fischer studied at Melbourne Teacher's College from 1960 to 1963 and then at RMIT where he was awarded an Associate Diploma of Art in 1964. A painter, sculptor and teacher, he taught at secondary level in Victoria, New South Wales and the UK from 1965 to 1977. He exhibited in Sydney in 1975 and 1976.
