About Christian Clare Robertson
Christian Clare Robertson was born in Oxford UK in 1946. She was awaded a Diploma of fine Arts (Painting) from the South Australian School of Arts, and was a lecturer at tertiary level from the 1970s to the 1990s. She was also Assistant Curator of Prints & Drawings at the Art Gallery of South Australia and travelled to the Antartic in 1989 as a guest of the Australian Antartic Division, and as a result produced a series of stamps for Australia Post.. She now lives and works in the Northern Territory. An abstract artist, since 1968 she has held solo exhibitions in Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney and Darwin.
