About Anne MacDonald
Born in Tasmania in 1960, Anne MacDonald studied art extensively, gaining a Master of Fine Arts, majoring in photography in 1983. She has exhibited her photographic installations in solo shows since 1986. MacDonald lectures in photography, and has received several art grants - one by the Australia Council to undertake a residency at the Cite Internationale des Arts Studios in Paris.
Since 1970 we have recorded only one work being sold at auction by this artist, which was in 1996.
