Born in Hobart in 1874, Henry Weston trained as an architect, but was also a cartoonist and watercolourist. In collaboration with Blamire Young and Lionel Lindsay around 1893, he designed a number of posters, and also designed postcards and illustrated books. He was a contributor to The Bulletin magazine and exhibited in South Australia from 1907. Harry (Henry) John Weston died in NSW on 21 October 1938.
