Born in Ashfield, Sydney in 1944, Wynn is a traditional style painter in oil of seascapes, landscapes and vintage steam train vistas in oil and watercolour. He has taught at the Royal Art Society of New South Wales and tutored he winter and summer art schools at Charles Sturt University. He has exhibited in numerous shows in Sydney.
