Born in Goulburn, New South Wales in 1924, Allan Waite studied art in Sydney after service in the army during World War II. A traditional landscape painter using oils and watercolour, he was co-founder of 'Australian Artist' Magazine. He has exhibited in Sydney and has won a number of awards.
