About Lorna Waller
Born in Auckland, New Zealand in 1912, Lorna Walker studied extensively in London, New Zealand and Melbourne. A painter and worker in stained glass, in the 1950s she assisted her husband Mervyn Napier Waller with the stained glass windows in the Hall of Memory at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra. She has also been commissioned for several murals and mosaics for public buildings.
