About Frances Lillian Osborne
Born in Victoria in 1913, Fran Osborne studied under Louis Kahan. She is a painter of flowers, figures and portraits, and a member of a number of art societies. She has exhibited in Melbourne.
Since 1970 we have recorded only one work being sold at auction by this artist, which was in 1988.
