About Peter McGregor
A New South Wales artist, Peter McGregor was a realist tonal painter. He studied at the National Art School and had his first solo show in 1984. He later started painting shop fronts in Darlinghurst, and then made public sculpture such as the Legs 11 at Taylor Square. He then studied architecture and now runs his own practice.
Since 1970 we have recorded only one work being sold at auction by this artist, which was in 1993.
