Born in Victoria in 1942, Sue Nagel has had no formal art training. The books of Ion Idriess inspired her interest in the Australian outback and her naive style oil paintings often feature outback scenes. She first exhibited in London in 1984 and has since exhibited in Sydney and Melbourne and the USA.
