About Tony Windberg
Tony Windberg was born in Melbourne in 1966. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Fine Arts) from Curtin University in 1986, with a major in painting. He uses a diverse range of materials including pencil, ash, charcoals, tree resins, earth pigments, acrylic binders, oil conte and crayon to create his landscape based artworks. Since his first solo exhibition in Perth in 1989, he has held numerous solo shows and exhibited in national and state group exhibitions. He lives and works in Pemberton, in south west Western Australia.
We have records of art auction sales by Tony Windberg from 2002 and in total 8 works by the artist have been offered for sale, of which 8 (100%) were sold. The highest price recorded for the artist is $3,450 for Argyle Dimond Mine (Diptych) sold by GFL Fine Art in March 2020. No works have been offered for sale this year, and the last sale we have recorded for the artist was in 2021.
