About John Beard
Born in the UK in 1943, John Beard studied in London and taught art at various tertiary institutions before his arrival in Western Australia in 1983 to become head of painting at the Western Australian Institute of Technology. In 1986 he worked in New York and New Delhi. Beard has exhibited in the UK and Australia.
