Born in the Northern Territory in 1918, Australian Aboriginal artist Lindsay Imbarndarinja is a member of the Aranda Aboriginal language group. A landscape painter in watercolour, he studied under Rex Battarbee. He has taken part in group exhibitions in Sydney.
