Born in 1866, Henrietta Gulliver studied at the National Gallery School in Melbourne. She was a foundation member of the Melbourne Society of Women Painters and Sculptors, and was friends with 'plein air' painters such as Arthur Streeton. Her subjects were landscapes and flower pieces.
