Born in England in 1951, Bernard Ollis studied in Cardiff and London. He arrived in Australia in 1976 to take up senior lecturing appointments in Darwin and later in Bendigo, Victoria. A painter, sculptor and teacher, he has exhibited widely in Europe and UK since 1972 and in Australia since 1978.
