A South Australian watercolourist, Anne Hedley Parsons was active from the 1910s to the mid 1940s. A watercolour artist, painting landscapes, coastal scenes and still lifes, she is known to have exhibited with the Royal Art Society in 1915 and Women Artists' Exhibition in 1923.
We have records of art auction sales by Hedley Parsons from 1981 and in total 42 works by the artist have been offered for sale, of which 25 (60%) were sold. The highest price recorded for the artist is $1,200 for A Summers Afternoon, Narrabeen sold by Lawsons in July 1991. No works have been offered for sale this year, and the last sale we have recorded for the artist was in 2022.
