Born in Sydney in 1932, Bonnie Quirk studied at Wellington Polytechnic School of Design in New Zealand. She exhibited at the New Zealand Academy of Fine Arts from 1965 to 1968 and was was Printmaking Lecturer at the Gippsland School of Art in Churchill, Victoria from 1976 to 1981 under Kees Hos, Head of School and Printmaker. A painter and printmaker, her work is represented in the permanent collection of Latrobe Regional Gallery, Morwell, Victoria and in several New Zealand collections.
