About Cranleigh Harper Barton
Born in Feilding near Palmerston North in the North Island of New Zealand, Cranleigh Barton studied at Wellington Technical College and at Slade School, London. A solicitor and barrister he became well known as a watercolourist, painting landscape and architectual scenes.
