Self-taught Australian artist Kerry Nobbs was born in Brisbane in 1952 and spent his early years painting murals in the Tweed Valley and Gold Coast regions of Australia. He became a full time artist in 1984, after winning his first art award, the Nerang Art Prize. Working in oils on canvas and board, his landscapes capture rugged mountain ranges, remote valleys and pristine coastline of Australia. He has exhibited on the Gold Coast, in Brisbane and in the Margaret River region of W.A.

The total number of works by Kerry Nobbs offered for sale by auction since 1989 is 13, of which 11 (85%) were sold. The highest price recorded for the artist is $1,265 for Munjina - Auski sold by GFL Fine Art in March 2017. No works have been offered for sale this year, and the last sale we have recorded for the artist was in 2020.
