Born in Sydney in 1946, Bill Blundell is a self-taught painter and copyist creating "innuendos" in style of many of many of Australia's early artists. He worked in the Sydney area selling through Sydney art dealer Germaine Marie François Toussaint Curvers, but now lives and works in Penguin, Tasmania.
