About Paul Boam
Born in the United Kingdom in 1938, Paul Boam studied art before his arrival in Australia in 1964. He exhibited his geometric, semi-abstract paintings in Melbourne in 1970. In the same year he was appointed lecturer at the Tasmanian School of Art. Boam has also designed sets for the Tasmanian Conservatorium of Music.
