About Elizabeth Prior
Born in Victoria in 1929, Elizabeth Prior studied privately with artists such as Ian Bow and William Frater, and in Asia, Europe and North America. A member of the Victorian Artists Society and Contemporary Art Society, she is best known as a landscape painter, and has won numerous provincial prizes.
The total number of works by Elizabeth Prior offered for sale by auction since 1979 is 27, of which 23 (85%) were sold.
