Born in Hobart in 1912, Tasman Fehlberg studied at the Hobart Technical College and the South Australian School of Art in 1932. A landscape painter he exhibited in Hobart and Adelaide and taught at secondary level. He exhibited in group exhibitions from 1934 to 1954.
