About Peter Walker
Born in 1949, Peter Walker studied in Melbourne at various colleges between 1969 and 1979. He worked in London as an artist between 1970 to 1971 and attended workshops at The Art Students League in New York 2012 and 2015. As a drawings, paintings, printmaker and installation artist, he has held 25 solo exhibitions around Melbourne including the Gippsland Regional Art Gallery and four solo shows at Ceres Gallery in New York in 2010, 2012, 2015 and 2018. Peter lives and works in Phillip Island, Victoria, where he has his Leeson Street Studio.
