About Peter Reid
Peter Reid was born in Dunedin and after working in the textile industry for 20 years had a career change in 2002 and studied Photography at the Southland Institute of Technology and then completed of a four-year Otago Polytechnic Bachelor Of Fine Art degree, majoring in painting, and then a Graduate Diploma in Secondary Education from The University of Otago, graduating in 2009.
We have records of art auction sales by Peter Reid from 1994 and in total 16 works by the artist have been offered for sale, of which 8 (50%) were sold. No works have been offered for sale this year, and the last sale we have recorded for the artist was in 2023.
