About Eric Whisson
Born in Brisbane in 1933, Eric Whisson studied at Swinburne Technical College in Melbourne and later went on study tours to Europe, North Africa and Asia. He paints landscapes in oil and was a tutor at the Royal Queensland Art Society. Whisson exhibits widely, with his first solo exhibition in 1952, and has won a number of awards.
