About Christopher Boock
Born in Ayr, North Queensland in 1947, Christopher Boock studied in Sydney, then in Europe and South East Asia and he settled in Bali in the 1970s. He became known for his mystical and highly sexualised paintings during the 1970s and 1980s, working under fellow Australian artist, Donald Friend. He has exhibited his work in several solo shows in Australia.
