Born in Sydney in 1957, Glen Preece studied at the Julian Ashton School. A representational painter in oils, he has exhibited in Sydney, Melbourne and Newcastle since 1984.

We have records of art auction sales by Glen Preece from 1992 and in total 121 works by the artist have been offered for sale, of which 88 (73%) were sold. The highest price recorded for the artist is $6,440 for Self Portrait. The Artist and His Muse sold by Elder Fine Art in December 2013.
