About Rein Slagmolen
Born in Holland in 1916, Rein Slagmolen studied art in Europe and Africa before his arrival in Australia in 1949. A stained glass designer who also works in enamels and metals, he has worked mainly in Victoria. One well known example of his work is the glass mosaic wall in the foyer of Qantas House in Melbourne.
