Born in Queensland in 1932, Donald Hamilton studied art in Brisbane. A watercolourist who paints representational landscapes, he has also worked as a graphic designer and illustrator, and has taught watercolour classes for the Royal Queensland Art Society. Hamilton has exhibited since 1965 and has won several awards.
