Bull is an Australian Aboriginal artist who was born in Victoria in 1942. He studied at the National Gallery School, Melbourne under John Brack, and also under Ernest Buckmaster and Sir Hans Heysen. A realist painter in oils, he received considerable publicity through television appearances in Victoria where his works are widely represented in private collections.
